Business Hours

Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00pm CST. During spring digging season, office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm CST. Orders that have been dug are available for pick up on Saturday mornings. The office is closed on Sundays.

Prices

Prices quoted here cancel all previous lists and are subject to change without notice. These prices apply to nurserymen, florists and dealers. We request that all orders are placed on business letterhead, as wholesale prices are limited to members of the trade only. Prices here are F.O.B. for this nursery.

Terms of Payment

Our payment terms are 50% deposit with the balance plus packing and shipping or freight due on delivery. Customers are responsible for unloading trucks on arrival.

Plants Not Listed

Our nursery has plants available that are not listed in the catalog or website. We welcome inquiry for plants and materials that meet your specific needs.

Digging and Shipping Policy

We can ship from October 15th to April 15th. Stock can be shipped by the United Parcel Service, Motor Freight, truck or can be picked up by the customer. No B&B plants can be shipped by common carrier and nothing larger than a 4-5′ bareroot plant can be shipped via UPS.

Conditions of Sale

All orders are accepted under the condition that the order will be void if the crops are damaged due to circumstances beyond our control. All sales are made with the understanding that all plants become the customers property and the risk of loss will pass to the customer at the time of delivery. Also, all parties agree that the Chancery Court of Warren County, Tennessee shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of this transaction.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made in writing and received prior to digging. There will be no refund of deposits made on any orders cancelled or refused after the stock has been dug.

Claims and Liability

Customers should examine and count all materials upon receipt of shipment. No claim will be honored unless it is made in writing on the Bill of Lading upon receipt of the shipment. We request that you notify our Claims Department immediately by phone before the delivery truck leaves your premises, otherwise claims will not be recognized.

If any nursery stock sold by us is proven to be untrue to variety name under which it was sold, we hold ourselves in readiness upon proper proof to replace such stock or refund the original amount paid. We will not be liable under any circumstances for any sum greater than the amount received by us for any goods sold. We will not be responsible for the life or productiveness of the stock sold.

Notice: Stock dug between April 1st and October 15th must be paid in full prior to digging. Customer will take full responsibility for the survival of plant material.
